react's quarter is a cool-down after a large year. pandas is high and still rising. Volume on both rows is a download count, not a 0-100. A DX scorecard should store both columns. A 59.8 with 102 million downloads is not "smaller" than a 89.7 with 181 million. The scores are normalized inside each source.
The GitHub board is a different object
